Next Steps After Lifeline Qualification

Once a customer has completed the steps to qualify for Lifeline, there’s a subset of steps to complete with empower specifically. Those steps are quite simple, but I agree with Jon’s suggestion to spell those out. We could either create a few content blocks and maybe drop a few icons on there – similar to how Lifeline’s steps are listed. Or, we can simply list the steps. Up to you guys on how fancy we get with it! But here are the steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: 870-336-0999
  2. Customer Service Sends Lifeline Consent Form to Be Completed by Subscriber
  3. Complete Consent Form and Receive Monthly Lifeline Discount
